Ulos is free to use. Releases are distributed through GitHub. Review the README and feature set before you download.
Before you install
Installation steps
macOS: open the disk image and drag Ulos to Applications. Windows: extract the entire ZIP, then open Ulos.exe. Linux: extract the archive, allow Ulos to run as a program, then open it.
Early software: what to expect
Keep Ulos open for schedules to run. Queue sources, schedules, and resumable transfers do not survive quitting. Saved history cannot restart a transfer.
Torrent support and limits
Local v1 torrent files use trackers only. Uploads and seeding are disabled. Magnet links and pure v2 torrents are not supported. Only download content you have permission to use.
Installation and security warnings
macOS builds are not Developer ID signed or notarized, and Windows builds are not publisher-signed. Review the source and release before allowing an exception. Never disable system security globally. Linux builds require the system libraries listed in the release notes.
